Light hand washing or cold water machine wash is recommended for apparels. Bleach, iron and dryers can damage the product. Please handle the product with care for damage.

Jewelry

To prevent tarnish of silver products, we recommend to remove before shower or water activities to minimize contact with moisture including sweat and cosmetics. When not in use, keep them separately in a sealed plastic bag. Polish them with a soft polishing cloth occasionally.

Customized products with personal initials are not refundable as they cannot be resold to the public. Please make your purchase decision and
option selection with conscious before placing an order.

Exchange is accepted only when there is a fatal defect in the product. Discoloration of silver products over time is a natural phenomenon which can’t
be a reason for exchange. Please follow the Care Instructions above.
